Hi! We are Adam and Lisa Kotter, owners of Kotter Farms, dedicated to delivering luxury experiences, unforgettable events, and Southern hospitality. Adam was born and raised in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Lisa, the daughter of an Air Force officer, grew up all over the U.S. until eventually settling in Georgia. Adam and Lisa met during high school and married after college.  Together we have raised five wonderful children, more than a few “bonus” children, and several dogs. We have also founded, developed, and sold several successful businesses in various industries. In 2021, after selling our tech company, we moved to the CSRA to be closer to family. We purchased a home in River Island but dreamed of building a custom home on enough land to have privacy and plenty of space to play with our grandchildren. We were blessed to purchase 120 acres of beautiful forest along the Savannah River in Evans. We absolutely love living in Evans and are excited to show you our dream come true:  Kotter Farms -- our own private neighborhood where people can come to celebrate and relax.  And for two weeks a year, Kotter Farms becomes the premier venue for Masters hospitality and entertainment.
